From there, I founded a paralegal agency, scaling it to half a million dollars before going on to be acquired by a nation leading virtual assistant firm, where I now serve as President of Zirtual Paralegals.

I’m Jaclyn Foster, a paralegal entrepreneur industry leader & innovator, paralegal entrepreneur coach, law firm consultant, speaker, developing author, & podcast host dedicated to helping you fulfill your dreams.
As a former paralegal by trade, I am a seasoned paralegal entrepreneur and two-time business founder with a mission to elevate careers and redefine opportunities in the legal industry.
In March 2020, I launched Del.Trust - Law Firm Staffing Solutions, a virtual paralegal agency offering freelance paralegal services. Starting from scratch, I scaled the business to six figures within its first year and to half a million dollars by year three. In 2024, Del.Trust was acquired by Zirtual, a national leader in virtual assistant services owned by PennSpring Capital. Today, I serve as the President of Zirtual’s Paralegal Division, where I lead the strategic development of innovative virtual legal staffing solutions.
With a proven track record of scaling businesses in the legal field, I now coach paralegals on building their own freelance businesses, offering actionable strategies for creating financial independence and career flexibility. My coaching combines industry expertise with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities paralegals face, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.

I’m also a wife, mom, step mom, dog mom, horse mom, chicken mom, & goat mom.
I enjoy playing piano, riding horses, baby-talking my animals and giving them their best life, spending time fishing and in the woods hunting or four wheeling with my husband and kids, sitting out by the fire, reading fiction books, cooking, and traveling to our home away from home, Clearwater Beach, Florida.
