I’m Jaclyn Foster, a freelance paralegal industry leader and coach, law firm consultant, speaker, writer, podcast host, CEO, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping you fulfill your freelance paralegal dreams.
As a former paralegal by trade, I am a seasoned paralegal entrepreneur and two-time business founder.
My journey began in March 2020 when I established Del.Trust - Law Firm Staffing Solutions. Specializing in virtual paralegal freelance services.
I take pride in catapulting my business from zero to a six-figure revenue within the first year and an impressive half a million dollars in just three years. I later went on to be acquired by national leading virtual assistant company, Zirtual, owned by a top 50 private equity firm, PennSpring Capital. I now serve as the President of Zirtual’s paralegal division.
My expertise and coaching spans the intricacies of the legal field and extends to strategic, scalable development of freelance paralegal businesses.
I'm passionate about coaching and empowering fellow paralegals to maximize their earning potentials. Drawing from my experience, I understand the challenges and opportunities in the legal staffing industry. I’m also a mom, a wife, and animal obsessed.
As a gal who grew up in a very quiet town in northern Minnesota, big city life was never really my “thing.” So, it’s probably good that love led me to an even SMALLER town in north central Wisconsin. We thoroughly enjoy a slow life here.
What makes me feel most alive is when I am teaching paralegals to start freelance businesses. Sometimes, it takes me hours to come down from the adrenaline after a live webinar or rapid fire Q&A. It's truly my passion!
I am also a serial entrepreneur by nature, which drives me to keep innovating every day, and pairs nicely with my ADHD ;) …
When I’m not working, you can find me living an incredibly simple life by the fire pit with my husband and two young kids, with my horses, always with my dogs, drinking wine, playing piano, or reading a fiction book.
